Know what care costs
before you book it.
Our visits are extensive, intentional and personalized, designed to help you understand the full picture of your health. We focus on root causes and whole-person care, not medication management alone.
In Short
Initial visits at White Doves range from $175 to $275 depending on the type of care, and follow-up visits range from $75 to $150. The 15 minute consultation is free. Labs and medications are billed separately, and superbills are available for out of network reimbursement.

We want every patient to feel informed, comfortable and prepared before scheduling care. Our visits are calm, intentional and personalized, giving you enough time to ask questions and understand your treatment options.
After booking you will receive a secure, HIPAA compliant link for your virtual consultation. Intake forms, consent forms and payment details are completed through the patient portal 24 to 48 hours before your appointment.

Every fee below is published so there are no surprises. Labs, medications, supplements and specialty testing are separate costs and are always discussed with you before they are ordered.

Documentation & Clinical Letters
Evaluations and professional
documentation, when appropriate.
We provide comprehensive evaluations and professional documentation to support the mental health and wellness needs of established patients. Documentation services are available for a small fee after a minimum three month established relationship with the practice, and are provided when clinically appropriate after evaluation.

Answers before you book.
What is integrative psychiatry?
Integrative psychiatry takes a broader view of your mental health. Instead of focusing only on a diagnosis or a medication, we explore how your physical health, hormones, sleep, stress, nutrition and daily habits may be affecting how you feel.
What is integrative functional medicine?
Integrative functional medicine is a whole-person approach that takes a deeper look at your health. In addition to treating symptoms, it explores factors like nutrition, sleep, stress, hormones, lifestyle, inflammation, gut health and overall wellness to create a personalized care plan.
Are bioidentical hormones safe to start?
Bioidentical hormone therapy may be a safe and effective option for many patients. Your provider will review your medical history, symptoms, lab results, risks, benefits and individual health needs to determine whether it is appropriate for you.
Why is gut health important?
Your gut is closely connected to your overall health. When appropriate we evaluate gut health to better understand symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, digestive concerns, inflammation, mood changes and overall wellness needs.
What is the cancellation, running late and no-show policy?
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice so the appointment time can be offered to another patient.
A no-show or late cancellation fee of $75 may apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Do you accept insurance?
We currently accept a limited number of insurance plans, including Cigna, Carelon plans and Medicare. We are also working on accepting additional insurance plans soon. A superbill may be provided upon request for possible insurance reimbursement. Patients are encouraged to verify out of network benefits before each visit.
Are labs included in the visit fee?
Labs are a separate cost and may be billed through insurance when applicable. Any recommended labs or specialty testing will be discussed with you before ordering.
Can I contact the provider between appointments?
Active patients receive access through the secure patient portal for questions, guidance and ongoing support between appointments. Additional appointments may also be booked through the patient portal as needed.
What should I do if I am experiencing a crisis?
If you are having a crisis, feeling suicidal or experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please do not book an appointment through the patient portal. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room, preferably accompanied by a loved one or support person if possible.
Do you see patients outside Florida and New York?
Care is provided under state licensure, so patients must be physically located in Florida or New York at the time of their appointment. If you split your time between states, let us know during your consultation and we will explain how that works for your care.
Do you offer care in Spanish?
Yes. We proudly offer care in English and Spanish. You are welcome to request your consultation and all subsequent visits in either language.
