Personal and family history, symptom timeline, current medications and supplements, and the lifestyle factors influencing your hormones.
Full laboratory testing appropriate to your symptoms, including thyroid review where relevant, so decisions are based on results rather than assumption.
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for women, and testosterone replacement therapy for men, reviewed against your history, risks, benefits and results.
Sleep, stress, nutrition, weight and mood are considered alongside hormones, because these systems rarely move independently.

Common Questions
Bioidentical hormone therapy may be a safe and effective option for many patients. Your provider will review your medical history, symptoms, lab results, risks, benefits and individual health needs to determine whether it is appropriate for you.
Yes. Hormone therapy is never started on symptoms alone. Low testosterone in particular requires both symptoms and consistently low laboratory results before treatment is considered. Labs are a separate cost and may be billed through insurance when applicable.
They can. Hormonal shifts may influence mood and contribute to irritability, emotional sensitivity or anxiety. Because this practice is dual certified in psychiatric and family practice, these symptoms are evaluated as part of both your hormonal and your mental health care rather than sent elsewhere.
It varies by person, therapy and starting point. Follow-up visits are scheduled to track your response, review repeat labs and adjust the plan. Hormone care is an ongoing relationship rather than a single prescription.
